Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) uses recorded classical music as a catalyst in deep experiential therapy and is based on the work of founding patroness: the late Dr Helen Bonny. This multi-modal therapy is a synergy of verbal, music and art therapy. It involves music listening in altered states of consciousness. The therapy integrates physical, psychological and transpersonal potential via a journey that activates insight, creativity, healing and enables slef-mastery. GIM is for those who want more from life. It can be used to address special issues and needs.
