​Level 1 in Guided Imagery and Music (5 day Intensive)

The Level 1 Training in the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music (GIM) and Music Imagery Approaches teaches self care and professional development with deep music listening. Experience the role of music listening as relaxing, supportive and as a therapeutic intervention.
Theoretical information and research will be presented on GIM and Music Imagery Approaches.
​Meals, accommodation and PD points included.

 20 years experience in Music Therapy and Guided Imagery & Music. She has been involved in organising and facilitating training in Guided Imagery & Music since 2004 and also works as a psychotherapist in private practice and in community groups using a music and mindfulness approach.
